Usually the company is responsible for the quality, safety, cost and schedule of the works it contracts under the terms of the lump-sum contract.

In the EPC mode, Engineering includes not only the specific design work, but also the overall planning of the whole construction project and the planning and specific work of the whole construction project implementation organization and management; Procurement is not the procurement of construction equipment and materials in the general sense, but more refers to the procurement of professional equipment and materials; Construction should be translated as "construction", and its content includes construction, installation, test measurement, technical training, etc.. 

It should also include all the normal standards, and take over the normal use. Before delivery, we should do no-load test run, also including the test run with load linkage, test production until the production reaches the standard and normal production.
