On June 7, 2017, the Public Resources Transaction Network of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region released the announcement of the pre-closing results of the social capital party procurement for the "PPP project of Yangling Special Industry Demonstration Village Construction in Dawan Township, Jingyuan County", with Jiangsu Luyan Ecological Technology Co.

This project adopts government and social capital cooperation, and the total construction investment of this project is about 171.7 million RMB. The current status map of the project is as follows.
