The first PPP project that was awarded in June 2017. The total investment in the construction of this project is about RMB171 million, and the project site is in Guyuan City, Ningxia. This is the project that President Xi visited the site, and the main implementation content of the project is the entire ecological environment restoration and infrastructure construction in Yishan, which initially put into practice the concept of the company's comprehensive service provider of mining geological environment.

The natural terrain is steep, the site conditions are harsh, the slope is large, and the soil is infertile. The mountain is exposed, single species, sparse vegetation, fragile ecological environment, and the average precipitation for many years is only 600mm with uneven seasonal distribution. The scale of the project is 275,000 square meters.

The project area is located in the three passes of Liupan Mountain in Jinyuan County, which is a southern temperate semi-temperate and humid climate zone. The average annual temperature is 5.7℃, and the rainfall is more concentrated. Located in the seismic zone, folds and fractures are more developed, splash surface area of about 160,000 square meters, to the giant thick layer of limestone is dominant, the project cost 30.96 million yuan.
